You should especially try and see NXNW on the big screen. 

It’s so important.

Screening of the New York revenge movie followed by a secret screening.

The secret screening is BYOB but it’s a dry Ms 45.

This played AFS in June and now it has one screening at The Village Drafthouse. 

What’s up with the one time screenings, sheesh.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid for the ladies. 

WHITE PLASTIC SKY | Austin Film Society

AFS stands for Animation Film Society this month. 

Continuing with this Hungarian Sci Fi movie.

I always forget this was Sofia Coppola.

Part of the Weird Wednesday series. 

David Wain movie starring Paul Rudd. 

Thursday 8/22

ROMAN HOLIDAY | Austin Film Society

Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in this William Wyler classic. 

Real Genius | Blue Starlite Downtown 

It’s the 39th and 1/10th anniversary of this Val Kilmer classic. 

Steel Magnolias | Paramount Theatre 

I don’t remember any gay characters in this movie but it’s a gay classic.
