In order to fulfill the last wishes of their beloved Aunt Sally, the Beulah Baptist Choir must come together to enter the Gospel Explosion. Unfortunately for them (and us), Sally’s nephew and disgraced ad executive, played by Cuba Gooding Jr., has been tasked with guiding the choir to victory…but first he will need to assemble one.
