May is an underseen gem about fitting in, making your own way, and the complications that come from having some … unique hobbies. Also, it’s disturbing as hell. 

A quintessential piece of weird-girl cinema, May is a reminder to move to the beat of your own drum and not care too much if you’re making the people around you uncomfortable. After not doing too hot in the box office, May has become a film with cult status, starring a beautiful but shocking-looking Angela Bettis, lovable dope James Duval, and lesbian veterinarian Ana Faris.
