Amy mostly writes about parks and the environment as managing editor of Land&People magazine. She’s also the author of The Box Wine Sailors, an adventure memoir, and has been making DIY, no-budget films with her partner, Jimmie Buchanan Jr., for over a decade. Hyperreal presented their latest feature, Work Dreams, in fall 2023. Besides making and watching movies, she enjoys reading in her backyard, eating tacos and tinned fishes (not at the same time), and rollerblading.
